Mr. Ziari, a nearly 30 year veteran of designing and deploying technologically advanced solutions for some of the world's largest agri-businesses, founded ezWireless in 2002. Gaining regional and international attention, Fred has been recognized as a visionary and pioneer in the application of wireless broadband technologies to solve communications challenges in public safety, agriculture and the enterprise.
Ziari is also currently the President of IRZ Consulting, the founder and board President of the innovative non-profit Farmers Ending Hunger and is a member of the Oregon Public Broadcasting board of directors. Fred is also a former Chair of Oregon's Engineering Technology Industry Council (ETIC) which is dedicated to promoting Oregon's engineering & technology education and research programs as strategic assets for Oregon's economy. Mr. Ziari holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Agricultural Engineering from Texas A & M University. He has been recognized by several Oregon Governors, Congressional leaders and state and local officials for his humanitarian and community achievements. In addition, he has received numerous professional and technology awards, citations and acknowledgements.
Brad Kincaid, Vice President & General Manager
With over a decade of experience in the telecommunications and technology industries, Mr. Kincaid has been on the forefront of Internet technology and innovative uses of broadband to support public safety, government agencies and enterprises in the Northwest and beyond. Beginning with early involvement in a rural dial-up Internet provider in the late 1990's and later as an independent software engineer and IT consultant, Kincaid implemented technology solutions to various industries such as agriculture, dental / medical, telecom and semiconductor.
In 2002, Brad joined with Fred as ezWireless' first employee to build a company that has since been recognized nationally by Newsweek Magazine, New York Times, and Business Week Magazine as a leader in wireless technology systems integration. Mr. Kincaid currently serves on an advisory board to Motorola Solutions and is a speaker at various technology events.
Kincaid holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Oregon's Oregon Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Oregon State University.
